Domestic and International Shipping
Fruxo ships within the United States and to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you select at checkout.
Shipping Options:

- Express
The estimated delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process based on your location and selected urgency.
Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipments: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties in their destination country.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Intimate and Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of intimate care products once the security seal has been opened or broken.
Evaluation Process: If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will conduct an assessment to determine if your case qualifies for store credit.
Store Credit: Approved returns will receive store credit equivalent to the product's value, valid for future purchases at Fruxo.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product during shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will process a replacement or credit as appropriate.
